Why We Exist
Our founder delivers packages for a national carrier. Every shift he sees the same thing: a parcel left in the open, a delivery photo taken, and thirty seconds later nothing on the step. He has been met at the curb by people asking for packages that weren't theirs. The "delivered" photo is the only record anyone has of what happened.
A smart locker fixes the problem at the exact moment it happens. The courier opens a door, sets the package inside, and the door locks. The resident gets a code. Nobody else can open it, and every open is logged with a time and an ID. It is a small piece of hardware that removes an entire category of complaint from a property manager's week.
We started Zen Lockers to put that hardware into Houston buildings — and to be the local company that answers when a door sticks or a screen goes dark, instead of a national call center.
