Service from Houston. If a door sticks or a screen goes dark, you call the people who installed it.
Day to Day
What happens at the locker
Courier Creates Account & Logs In
Delivery driver creates an account on the touchscreen, selects the recipient, and chooses an available locker size.
Package Placed & Door Secured
Driver places the package inside the selected compartment. The system auto-assigns and locks the door upon closing.
Resident Notified Instantly
Recipient receives an SMS and/or email with a unique QR code or PIN to retrieve their package at any time.
Customer Orders Online
Customer places a food order through the restaurant's app or website and selects locker pickup at checkout.
Staff Places Order in Locker
Kitchen staff selects the right temperature compartment, places the order inside, and closes the door to complete.
Customer Scans & Picks Up
Customer arrives, scans their QR code from their phone, the door pops open automatically, and they grab their order.
Employee Authenticates
Worker scans their RFID badge, enters a PIN, or uses biometric authentication at the locker kiosk to access the system.
Asset Checked Out
The assigned compartment opens automatically. The system logs the employee, timestamp, and asset with full traceability.
Return & Real-Time Tracking
When the asset is returned, it's logged back in. Managers see real-time dashboards showing asset location, usage, and availability.
