Common Questions

How many doors does my property need?+
A common planning ratio is roughly one door per 10 units, weighted toward small and medium sizes, with a few XL/oversized doors for the boxes that don't fit anywhere else. We confirm the mix on the site walk using your actual daily package count.
Who installs it, and what do I need on site?+
Zen Lockers installs. You need a level floor or pad, a standard outlet, and either Ethernet or reliable Wi-Fi (4G is available where neither exists). Outdoor placements use IP54-rated units with a canopy.
Do carriers actually use it?+
Yes — the lockers are carrier-agnostic. FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, and gig drivers deliver into the locker the same way: select the recipient on the touchscreen, choose a door, close it. The resident gets a code by SMS or email.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on door count, indoor vs. outdoor, and software options, so we quote per property rather than publish a list price. Every quote itemizes hardware, installation, and software separately — no bundled numbers.
